Job summary

Wisconsin Brewing Company seeks a Production Scheduler to own the development and execution of the production schedule across a beverage manufacturing environment. You will work with customers and internal teams to translate forecasts into a practical plan, balancing capacity, materials, and timelines to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production scheduling or related manufacturing role.
• Experience in contract manufacturing/co-pack preferred.
• Beverage, brewing, or high-SKU manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with customers on forecasts, orders, and production timing.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Wisconsin Brewing Company's master production schedule.
• Translate demand into a realistic production plan and align with operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, packaging, quality and maintenance to meet readiness requirements.
• Identify capacity constraints and escalate conflicts with recommended solutions.
• Drive cross-functional communication to ensure execution of the production plan.
