Job summary

Goodwill West Texas is seeking a Lead Production/Sales to manage daily store operations in Clyde, overseeing donation flow, merchandising, signage, and checkout processes while upholding our mission and core values.

This role supervises staff, delivers training, ensures accurate cash handling, loss prevention, and outstanding customer service from donation door to sales floor, and supports secure opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervision experience or supervisory exposure preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to performance standards and core values.
• Provide outstanding customer service at donation door and sales floor.
• Lead team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure donations are processed smoothly and donor receipts provided.
• Maintain floor merchandising and store housekeeping.
• Oversee cash transactions and train staff on POS/tagger systems.
• Monitor security and loss prevention procedures.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Schedule staff and provide training opportunities.
