Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to support the second shift in our West Palm Beach facility. You will back up production staff, prepare materials, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining strict safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to quality specifications. You will lead shift handoffs, assist with training of new team members, and maintain accurate inventory and work orders within the system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years plant experience.
• Able to read and interpret directions and order details.

Responsibilities

• Provide backup to production staff for preparing materials.
• Review orders and locate materials using RF Gun.
• Review order and weigh materials; input data to prepare batches.
• Startup machinery, load bags, and coordinate with batcher.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Lead shift handoffs and provide training as needed.
• Input work orders and update inventory in the system.
