LATICRETE International is seeking candidates for an hourly second shift position in our U.S. operations. The role focuses on machine operation, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform basic weights for formulas and measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret directions and order details.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment: prepare materials and weigh for batch production.
• Housekeeping: maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Staging and Shift Handoff: prepare materials for next shift and ensure smooth transition.
• Quality Control: verify materials are not expired and adjust batches as needed.
• Equipment & Materials: communicate needs to Leadership for repairs or shortages.
