Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain worksite cleanliness and manage housekeeping duties.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate findings and productivity to the next shift.
• Verify raw materials and conduct quality control checks.
• Address maintenance needs and escalate issues as necessary.
• Manage team performance and cultivate a positive work culture.

Skills

5+ years plant experience

Ability to use math for basic weights in formulas

Communicate in writing and verbally

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience with ERP system (preferably JD Edwards)

Education

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
