You will lead production team activities and troubleshoot equipment while adhering to safety and ISO GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or 12 months related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.
• Effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with all functional team members.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform intermediate troubleshooting on equipment.
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks; communicate issues to maintenance.
• Perform product changeovers without assistance.
• Operate on multiple package platforms and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per ISO GMP standards.
• Proficient use of shop floor data management systems.
