Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks an Operator Manufacturing III to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts and adjust tooling to meet quality specs and support setup and operation of production equipment per procedures.

Responsibilities include pre-operation startup, equipment changeovers, QA testing per GMP, sanitation, and occasional palletizing/packing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend work and holidays may be required.
• Technical, mechanical troubleshooting aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks per GMP and document results.
• Housekeeping and sanitation of production equipment.
• Operate palletizing and related machinery (as needed).
• Unload/load product and scan during stacking in warehouse.
