Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities on multiple equipment pieces to ensure proper startup and operation.
• Operates multiple machines, conducts setup and changeovers, inspects parts, and adjusts or changes tooling to maintain quality and productivity.
• Performs scheduled quality assurance tests following GMP and communicates results to teammates to sustain high-quality production.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitation on production equipment.
• May operate palletizing machines (1–2) and modify settings for SKUs and package sizes.
• May operate Stretch Wrap and the computerized Pallet Tag machine.
• Unloads product from palletizing machines or loads into trailers using an RF tablet.
• Scan products while safely stacking in warehouse locations.
