Qualifications

• Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Good communication and ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and flexible schedule as required.
• High school diploma or GED, or 12 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot intermediate packaging equipment.
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks and communicate issues to maintenance.
• Perform product and package changeovers on multiple equipment pieces.
• Maintain safety and clean work environment per ISO GMP standards.
• Use shop floor data systems to document production metrics.
