Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing leadership.
• 5+ years managing maintenance and engineering teams in a multi‑shift environment.
• Food manufacturing or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering organization across shifts.
• Develop and execute reliability strategy to improve uptime and asset performance.
• Own Somax CMMS system, work orders, planning, and documentation.
• Partner with Corporate Engineering for capital projects and asset optimization.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in maintenance.
• Coach and develop site leaders to drive continuous improvement.
