Global Enterprises is seeking a Production Manager to lead a three-shift automotive extrusion facility, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The role emphasizes Lean practices, employee engagement, and frontline leadership development, with a hands-on presence on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in improving performance, building accountability, and sustaining a high-performing culture across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading production operations within automotive manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements using Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing teams in a multi-shift manufacturing operation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to lead a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize production operations across all shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement actions to improve throughput, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Ensure consistent execution of manufacturing standards, processes, and expectations across shifts.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and HR to achieve operational goals.
