Job summary

S&D Coffee is seeking a Lead Production Operator for the 2nd shift in Conway, Arkansas. You will lead the shift, coordinate with Operators and Single Serve team members, and ensure peak machine performance. You will collect and report data at shift transitions and relay downtime information to supervision and maintenance.

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to train others on equipment operations to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Qualifications

Lead Production Operator B1 2nd Shift

Shift: Second

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly
