Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. is seeking a Lead Production Equipment/Tortilla Line Operator at our Hackettstown, NJ facility. You will lead a small team of 1–4 operators, monitor line equipment, and ensure product quality and food safety across the tortilla line.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or food production experience, prior leadership, and the ability to work with HMI/control systems in a fast-paced plant environment. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or food production
• Experience leading a small team
• Able to read and communicate in English
• Comfortable operating industrial equipment and HMI
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Willingness to stand, lift, and work in a factory environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–4 operators on the tortilla line
• Operate and monitor line equipment via HMI
• Ensure product quality meets specs
• Maintain SOPs and documentation
• Train team on procedures and safety
• Maintain food safety and GMP compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance
• Assist with cleaning and setup tasks
