Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support day-to-day operations on the production line at our Hackettstown, NJ facility. You’ll help feed and load materials, hand-pack, and ensure product quality, food safety, and efficiency while following SOPs and safety procedures.

You will rotate between stations, assist with masa prep and line changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement as we scale. Requires reliability and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to spot product, weight, or packaging issues quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent throughout the shift.
• Physical stamina for repetitive, hands-on work near heat and oil.
• Clear reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and flexibility to rotate stations and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Feed and load raw materials onto the line and monitor flow.
• Hand-pack, weigh, and seal bags, ensuring correct fill weights.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and traceability via batch/lot coding.
• Support line changeovers and sanitation between production runs.
• Communicate issues to the Production Supervisor promptly.
