The position offers a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday with overtime and requires collaboration across stations, adherence to GMP, and a proactive approach to process improvements as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to spot weight, packaging, and quality issues.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent during shifts.
• Physical stamina for repetitive line work near heat and moving equipment.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Collaborates with team and adapts to rotating stations and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Feed and load raw materials (corn, beef tallow, seasonings, packaging) on the line.
• Assist with masa prep, dough sheet, and cutting stations as needed.
• Monitor chips, adjust flow, and catch jams; hand-pack, weigh, and seal bags.
• Maintain line cleanliness and sanitation between production runs.
• Follow GMP, allergen control, and food safety requirements at all times.
