Arthur Elliott is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Design Director to support one of our agency's largest client accounts. This role blends hands-on design with leadership of a design team. You will design and produce creative across many projects while coaching designers, managing workflows with Operations, and ensuring deadlines.

This player-coach role values strong production systems and scalable processes. Must be available to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams for large client accounts.
• Proven ability to design and produce high-volume creative work.
• Strong production workflow and coaching capabilities.
