Job summary

Thinkingbox is hiring a Director of Production to lead production across the studio and drive revenue growth. You will oversee planning, resourcing, and delivery for integrated projects while managing budgets and client relationships.

You will shepherd pitches, identify opportunities, and scale the production function across digital, experiential, content, social, film, and animation work. Monday–Thursday in office with Fridays remote optional.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior production experience in agency or studio.
• Deep experience across digital, experiential, content, social, film and animation.
• Proven revenue growth and client relationship track record.
• Ability to lead pitches, scopes, and production approaches.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team across integrated projects.
• Own revenue targets and contribute to agency growth.
• Build and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
• Oversee end-to-end production lifecycle including estimating and budgeting.
• Develop scalable production workflows and partnerships.
