Job summary

Truth-Collective is seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to guide a fast-moving studio supporting a key client. The role blends design and orchestration, taking creative requests from intake to final delivery while also contributing hands-on design work.

You will manage workflows, communicate with clients, and ensure brand consistency across digital, print, environmental, and production applications. The position is hybrid with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or related creative environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong production-design skills, including image prep, file setup, prepress, and production-ready artwork/PDFs.
• A strong portfolio showing typography, layout, image, and visual design across formats.
• Experience translating brand systems across multiple formats and coordinating multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming creative requests from intake through design, review, approval, production, and delivery.
• Translate requests into tasks, priorities, timelines, and deliverables for the studio team.
• Design, adapt, version, and produce polished creative across digital, print, environmental, and production apps.
• Review and QA creative work for accuracy, brand consistency, and technical quality.
• Prepare final files and coordinate with print, fabrication, and production partners.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and handoffs.
• Monitor studio workload, deadlines, priorities, and design capacity.
