Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator Lead to manage production schedules and manufacturing activities.

The Lead will coordinate schedules, priorities, and throughput to ensure on-time delivery and will serve as the primary contact for production coordination and related issues. You will monitor progress, identify delays, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in manufacturing environment, preferably metal fabrication
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow and shop operations
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Familiarity with quality control standards and manufacturing best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules, priorities and manufacturing activities to support on-time delivery
• Serve as primary point of contact for production coordination and schedule-related issues
• Monitor daily production progress and identify delays, constraints or bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Maintain production schedules, records, trackers, and status reports
• Provide regular production status updates and communicate changes, risks, and recovery plans
