Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Modern Workplace Product Owner – Active Directory to own the Active Directory platform for the Bridgestone West region.

The role focuses on strategic service ownership, architecture governance, and ensuring security and resilience of directory services across on-premises and Entra ID hybrid environments. The candidate will partner with IT leadership, manage relationships with MSPs, and drive initiatives that align with Zero Trust and IAM standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in large-scale Active Directory environments.
• Experience owning enterprise identity services.
• Strong understanding of AD security and delegation.
• Experience managing Managed Service Providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Active Directory service across the West region.
• Serve as single point of accountability for the Active Directory platform.
• Ensure alignment with business needs, security, and Modern Workplace strategy.
• Govern AD platform architecture, security, and compliance.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and resilience for the AD infrastructure.
• Lead hybrid identity initiatives and Entra ID integration.

The role ensures that Active Directory services are secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned with business and security requirements.
