Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Lead Environmental Specialist in Nashville to advance corporate and business-unit environmental programs. You will manage data collection, analysis and reporting to enhance decision-making within the Environmental Affairs Department.

The role requires a deep knowledge of environmental regulations, strong data skills, and the ability to drive energy conservation and CO2 reduction initiatives across BSAM facilities. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or related science with ten years of professional environmental experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to manipulate spreadsheets/databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop environmental performance and strategies for sustainability metrics and CO2 reduction.
• Monitor environmental legislation and assist facilities with compliance.
• Identify, track and report KPIs for environmental aspects and impacts.
• Provide technical support and oversight of environmental information systems.
