Job summary

Jobgether SRL invites a Senior Product Analyst (CX) in the United States to join a data-driven product team. You will own the product metrics framework, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Product and engineering to drive growth.

You will design and analyze AB tests, validate hypotheses, and ensure reliable reporting. This role emphasizes rigorous quantitative work, strong business judgment, and clear communication across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with real-world analytical experience.
• Hands-on data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization (MS SQL, Python, Excel).
• Experience designing, running and interpreting AB tests.
• Ability to translate data into practical product insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear, locked definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards for reliability with Data Engineering.
• Investigate anomalies with Product leads to identify performance opportunities.
• Design and analyze AB tests, including sample size and MDES calculations.
• Archive experiments and provide actionable recommendations for future decisions.
• Proactively identify data-quality issues before decisions.
