Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering complex technical products in autonomy, robotics, mobility, or real-time systems.
• Translate ambiguous technical and operational problems into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Work with engineering, operations, safety, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end systems.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop, remote operations, dispatch, or other real-time decision workflows.
• Define success metrics, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Uber's remote assistance platform across partners and markets.
• Define end-to-end RA system: operator tooling, escalation triggers, decision boundaries, and handoffs.
• Build a scalable platform supporting multiple partner integrations, vehicle platforms, and regional requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and autonomy teams on interfaces, data flows, and latency/reliability requirements.
• Design operator workflows, staffing assumptions, training inputs, and quality processes.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops for safety, intervention quality, latency, and rider impact.
• Define guardrails, escalation protocols, and incident review processes with safety/legal partners.
• Drive launch readiness for new partners, features, and geographies.
• Use field learnings to prioritize roadmap improvements and reduce unnecessary human intervention.
• Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
