Job summary

Uber is seeking a Global Head of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) Support Services to build and lead a world-class customer and vehicle support organization for AM&D. You will set vision, strategy, and roadmaps, align with business goals, and drive proactive, high-quality support for riders, eaters, and partners across autonomous products.

The role requires strong leadership, program management, analytical skills, and the ability to influence in a matrixed org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, program management, consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong strategy experience and track record of developing strategy and vision for emerging products/services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the AV Support Team to enable Uber's AM&D expansion.
• Develop AV support operations vision and strategy at scale.
• Lead the customer support operational roadmap for riders and eaters using autonomous products.
• Lead the vehicle support operational roadmap (Remote Assistance & Roadside/In-Field Support).
• Define and lead key customer and vehicle support metrics and ensure world-class support.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to build a standardized AV support ecosystem.
• Establish best-in-class tooling using AI, automation and self-service tools.
• Scale agent footprint and profiles with CAS global teams.
• Enhance the AV Customer Experience with Product and Ops teams for safe, proactive support.
• Develop detailed support content, knowledge bases, SOPs, and agent training.
