Orb is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and own the Entitlements & Spend Platform—the runtime layer where billing state informs real-time actions. You will shape strategy, drive discovery with customers, and partner with engineering and design to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate, you’ll work in a hybrid environment, leading a team to turn ambiguous spend and entitlement challenges into concrete products that customers trust for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software.
• Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for entitlements, spend controls, alerting, and usage analytics.
• Lead product discovery: talk to customers, learn how they govern spend and access.
• Identify smallest unit of value and drive it through discovery, in-flight work, and launch.
• Shape strategic questions defining the domain and real-time enforcement needs.
• Build partnerships with engineering and design early in discovery.
• Context-switch across bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning.
