Gen Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform powering how members and access are modeled across Gen brands. This foundational role defines structure, roles, and architecture to enable multiple product teams to build on top of it.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and brand teams, translating complex tradeoffs into simple, secure, and scalable solutions that drive alignment without direct authority.

At Gen, we are scrappy and relentlessly customer driven. We create room for healthy debate, experimentation and continuous learning, and we seek out people with different experiences, identities and ideas to join our team. You'll work with people who back each other, respect each other and understand that our differences are a competitive advantage.
If this sounds like you, we'd love you to be part of Gen.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform that powers how people and households are modeled across Gen's family of consumer brands. This is a foundational, platform-level role: you'll define how members, roles, and access are structured, and build the architecture that lets multiple product teams build on top of it rather than solve the same problem independently.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and multiple brand product teams — translating complex technical tradeoffs into a system that's simple, secure, and built to last. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, writes requirements engineering can build from without hand-holding, and can drive alignment across teams without formal authority over them.
