Job summary

Gen Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform powering how members and access are modeled across Gen brands. This foundational role defines structure, roles, and architecture to enable multiple product teams to build on top of it.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and brand teams, translating complex tradeoffs into simple, secure, and scalable solutions that drive alignment without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience owning platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency with API contracts and data models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and entitlement platform architecture and scaling across Gen brands.
• Serve as a bridge across engineering and product teams to align priorities.
• Write PRDs and close architectural decisions with clear requirements.
• Communicate platform strategy and tradeoffs to engineers and senior leaders.
