Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of recommendations or search in high-traffic consumer settings.
• Proven track record shipping ML-driven features that impact engagement, conversion, or revenue.
• Deep familiarity with retrieval, ranking, embeddings and feature stores; ability to reason about end-to-end journeys.

Responsibilities

• Chart long-term recommendations roadmap across candidate generation, ranking and results presentation.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering and Applied Research to productionize retrieval and ranking methods.
• Define and monitor metrics such as engagement, click-through, content completion, and conversion.
• Balance short-term improvements with a scalable, long-term platform aligned with the AI strategy.
• Synthesize experiments and user feedback to inform prioritization and design.
• Communicate requirements, timelines and impact clearly across teams and leadership.
