Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including 4+ years leading recommendations or search in a high-traffic consumer environment.
• Proven success shipping ML-driven features that move engagement, conversion, or revenue at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Chart the long-term recommendations strategy with a multi-year roadmap across candidate generation, ranking, and results presentation.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering & Applied Research to translate research into production systems using signals and data.
• Define and monitor leading indicators of success: engagement, click-through, content completion, and subscription retention.
• Ship incremental relevance improvements balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
• Synthesize experiment results and user feedback to inform prioritization and feature design.
• Communicate requirements, timelines, and impact clearly to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
