Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Data Product Manager II/III to drive MedInsight data capabilities and enriched products across actuarial analytics and semantic intelligence. You will work with analytics, engineering, and vendor partners to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and deliver measurable impact.

The role balances hands-on data platform work with strategic business collaboration, reporting to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare or equivalent.
• Technology roles favor experience in consumer-facing software or startups; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own MedInsight product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for inbound/outbound data products.
• Ensure readiness, documentation, and vendor questions for MedInsight enhancements.
• Translate analytics needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Guide semantic, AI-enabled, self-service capabilities and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on practical MedInsight solutions.
• Lead delivery decisions, manage dependencies, and communicate progress.
• Measure adoption and impact, improve data quality and governance.
