Faire is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the entire Financial Products portfolio, including Faire Pay, net terms, and brand financing. You will run day-to-day execution while shaping a long-term strategic roadmap that aligns with the core business.

The role requires deep understanding of unit economics, cost of capital, and risk, with collaboration across Finance, Risk, Legal, Data Science, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience across cross-functional products.
• Experience shipping financial products (credit, lending, payments, BNPL).
• Fluency with unit economics and cost of capital.
• Ability to write crisp PRDs and drive execution.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
• Executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Faire's financial products.
• Drive adoption and marketplace impact of Faire Pay.
