SoFi is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a strategic product area, setting vision and driving execution across teams that impact how members borrow, save, spend, invest, and protect their money.

You will partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and risk to align strategy with regulatory requirements while shaping a multi-year roadmap and measurable business outcomes. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to translate complex concepts for executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record leading technically complex or highly strategic products at scale.
• Deep technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and architects on trade-offs and design decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to balance long-term platform and product investments with near‑term delivery needs.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with engineering, design, data science, security, compliance, legal, and analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders and present to C-level leadership.
• Experience owning end-to-end product delivery and P&L or key business outcomes.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, trade‑offs, and evolving constraints in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your product area.
• Break vision into phases, prioritize, and drive backlogs for launch with your dedicated engineering teams.
• Drive platform and product strategy focused on scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner deeply with engineering to make critical architectural decisions and guide long-term investments.
• Engage with risk, compliance, legal, and security teams to align product capabilities with regulatory requirements.
