Faire is seeking a strategic, analytical leader to drive the growth and performance of new products on Faire. You will own the forecasting, business intelligence, and go-to-market strategy for New Product GMV and Out of Stocks, translating complex marketplace dynamics into actionable insights and strategic priorities.

You will partner with Revenue, Product and Data Science to develop needle-moving go-to-market strategies that drive product availability and growth.

Competenze

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, consulting, product, business ops, or finance.
• Strong problem solving with first principles approach.
• Highly analytical and metrics-focused with KPI definition and performance reporting.

• Own the most important metrics and surface strategic insights.
• Break down complex problems and develop hypotheses; analyze and propose recommendations.
• Develop, refine, and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Systems, PM, Marketing, etc.
• Provide data-driven insights to teammates and ensure data is used thoughtfully.
• Develop scalable operational processes and fill gaps.
