Faire is seeking a Product Manager to set the strategy for incentives programs and identify high-impact opportunities to drive efficiency and value from them. You’ll manage cost efficiencies, own the roadmap, and ensure the retailer/brand experience is cohesive across Insider, seasonal sales, and future benefits.

You’ll collaborate across Finance, Legal, Data Science, Design, and Engineering, translating complex topics for varied audiences while shipping fast and learning quickly.

Competenze

• 7+ years of product management experience, owning complex cross-functional products end to end.
• Experience designing incentives, benefits, loyalty programs.
• Fluency in business math and unit economics.
• Strategic clarity with hands-on execution to drive roadmaps and PRDs.
• Empathy for retailers/brands; customer-centric business modeling.
• Ability to influence Finance, Risk, Legal, Data Science, Eng across stakeholders.
