Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in high-traffic consumer environments.
• Proven ML-driven feature delivery that moved engagement, conversions, or revenue.
• Deep familiarity with retrieval and ranking concepts and embeddings.
• Ability to shape multi-year vision and align cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term recommendations strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with ML Engineering, Applied Research, Data Science, Design, and Engineering.
• Define metrics and monitor engagement, click-through, and retention.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term vision for scalable platform.
• Synthesize experiments and customer feedback to inform prioritization.
