BentoLabs AI is seeking a Product Manager to define the roadmap for a developer-facing observability platform. You will partner with founders to tackle the silent failure problem in AI agents, delivering OpenTelemetry-native tracing and automated regression detection.

As the first PM, you will own product strategy, collaborate across engineering and design, and influence the future of AI infrastructure with significant equity at a pre-seed stage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Experience shipping features that drive measurable business outcomes (ARR retention adoption).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience and IST overlap.

Responsibilities

• Lead extensive product discovery with developers of agentic systems.
• Architect and prioritize roadmap for observability features, including drift detection and tracing.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to iterate features and drive ARR growth.
