Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) seeks a Lead Product Manager to own major areas within Dynamic Workforce Operations for the Pro Workforce Management suite. You will translate strategy into actionable requirements and partner with engineering, design, services, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has enterprise SaaS PM experience, deep workforce management knowledge, and a track record of applying data, analytics, and AI/ML to optimize labor and workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in progressive product management within SaaS.
• Experience in workforce management, operations, or labor domains.
• Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS from discovery to launch.
• Strong discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization and agile delivery.
• Able to translate complex problems into practical SaaS requirements.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making and business cases.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled capabilities and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communicator with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations areas.
• Synthesize customer research and market data into measurable outcomes.
• Lead domain leadership in workforce operations and labor management.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering, design, QA, marketing, services, and sales.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance AI/ML experiences delivering proactive insights and automation.
