Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and deliver the future of Dynamic Workforce Operations within its Pro Workforce Management suite. This individual contributor role will own key product areas to help customers optimize labor, identify issues, and recommend actions as business conditions change.

You’ll partner with customers, engineering, design, services, and sales to shape strategy, define solutions, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS.
• Experience with workforce management or related domain.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas within Dynamic Workforce Operations.
