Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design experience with case studies showing systems thinking and business impact.
• Strong command of Figma and design systems practices.
• Experience designing large-scale consumer products in e-commerce, FinTech or Checkout flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with partners.
• Data-driven mindset with use of A/B testing and user research to validate solutions.
• Mentoring, documentation, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or Industrial Design, or equivalent experience.

• Lead the UX/Product design vision for Financing & Pay experiences across app, mobile, and web.
• Own the rationale behind design decisions by using insights to connect affordability features to customer and business goals.
• Simplify complex Checkout flows and design seamless digital wallet integrations.
• Improve and iterate on financial and payment experiences with the goal of creating repeatable, habit-forming user journeys.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners to define requirements, influence roadmaps, and ensure solutions are scalable and technically feasible.
• Work through ambiguous problem spaces using data, user research, and rapid iteration to test and launch nuanced user flows.
• Mentor junior designers, support an inclusive culture, and maintain a rigorous bar for efficient design processes, accessibility, visual polish, and developer handoff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience with a portfolio or case studies showing systems-level thinking, strong craft, and business impact in ambiguous environments.
• Strong command of Figma, rapid prototyping, and design systems practices.
• Experience designing large-scale consumer products, ideally in e-commerce, FinTech, and/or Checkout & Payment flows.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting work, defending design decisions, and collaborating effectively with partners.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using A/B testing and user research to validate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to elevate team craft through mentoring, rigorous documentation, and actively leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

• Annual base pay range: USD 121,000 - 132,000
