Job summary

Finix is hiring a Senior Product Designer in San Francisco who will own and design complex product areas end-to-end. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of product design experience, particularly with B2B products, and will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams. About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who operates with a high degree of ownership and judgment. This is a high‑trust role. You’ll be expected to own meaningful product work, step in when things are unclear or blocked, and help ensure we’re building the right things—not just designing them well.

You’ll own and design complex product areas end‑to‑end, while also acting as a close partner to the Head of Design—helping drive decisions, unblock teams, and maintain momentum when needed. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll be expected to do deep product work yourself, while also raising the bar across the team through critique, direction, and strong product thinking.

This role will be in‑office 4 days a week.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship complex, high‑impact features from concept to production.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $240,000/year + Equity + Benefits.

Location: San Francisco, CA.
