Job summary

Butterball is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities of a skilled maintenance team across our NC facilities. You will ensure mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems operate safely and efficiently, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and preventive maintenance planning to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a maintenance team and provides coaching.
• Prepares daily budget reports and manages allocated budgets.
• Inspects work, enforces safety and quality standards.
• Oversees work orders and schedules to maintain facilities.
• Develops preventive maintenance programs and capital project oversight.
• Writes CERs to support capital projects.
