Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors.
• Directs the maintenance and repair of processing equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive maintenance program.
• Plans a continual work schedule to maintain property in safe condition.
• Inspects jobs to ensure workmanship and safety standards.
• Coordinates with Sanitation and Operations for production readiness.
• Plans work shifts and equipment needs to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
