Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day maintenance team activities, provides guidance, coaching, and HR-related support.
• Directs maintenance and repair of processing equipment, buildings and grounds safely and efficiently.
• Develops and schedules a preventive maintenance program for production machinery.
• Plans work shifts and coordinates with Safety and Operations for readiness.
• Recommends equipment needs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
