Job summary

Butterball is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic servicing of production equipment, facilities, and utilities. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable equipment performance while driving uptime and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coaching technicians, planning preventive maintenance, coordinating with Operations and Sanitation, and managing staffing and budgets to minimize downtime and maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of work.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program for production equipment.
• Direct maintenance and repair of production machinery, buildings, utilities, and grounds.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sanitation to ensure equipment readiness and efficiency.
