Job summary

Edward Jones in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Lead Process Analyst – Process Reengineering to drive enterprise-scale improvements, diagnose complex challenges, and deliver future-state solutions through analytical rigor and leadership.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across AI, technology, and business functions to shape roadmaps, document processes, and implement re-engineering opportunities that generate measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Expert knowledge in process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for identifying and streamlining workflows.
• Deep understanding of BPM principles, lifecycle management, and process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping, documentation and optimization techniques; change management knowledge.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and measure improvements; KPI knowledge.
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow systems, and AI/RBA technologies.
• Understanding of how technology enhances process efficiency and scalability.
• Expertise in cross-functional collaboration to drive prioritized improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process re-engineering workstreams.
• Partner with Head of AI and Sr. Leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AI, Technology, Business Architecture and Functions to align resources.
• Incorporate technology advancements into re-engineering approaches.
• Lead a team delivering process re-engineering solutions with measurable benefits.
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and redesign workflows.
• Act as Business Owner for Re-engineering technology with IT.
• Consult on high‑impact projects with Sr. Leaders.
• Set firm-wide standards for process re-engineering.
• Build a diverse network with senior leaders across the firm.
