Job summary

TriState Capital Bank seeks a Business Process Re-Engineering Lead to advance the bank’s automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives. The role focuses on translating business problems into AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across governance, Change Management, and Technology.

You will design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflow solutions using approved tooling, while ensuring data integrity and controlled deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience documenting current-state processes and mapping future-state workflows.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools, prompt development, Microsoft 365 Copilot, M365 Agent Builder, ChatGPT, Power Platform.
• Demonstrated initiative from concept through production adoption.
• Banking or financial services experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft AI Business Professional, ADKAR, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation or AI use cases based on value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk.
• Evaluate automation opportunities to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability before implementation.
• Redesign workflows so automation improves the process, not just automate inefficiencies.
• Lead change management and adoption from pilot to production with readiness training and governance.
• Build the business case for each opportunity and advise on advancement, deferral, or decline.
• Prepare updates for governance committees and AI WorkingGroup.
