Edward Jones is seeking a Lead Process Analyst – Process Reengineering to drive enterprise‑level improvements. You will diagnose complex challenges, design future‑state solutions, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes and future‑of‑work transformation.

You’ll lead teams, document processes, and set standards for re-engineering while building relationships with leaders across the firm to enable strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Broad knowledge of financial services concepts, practices and procedures.
• Expert knowledge in process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for identifying and streamlining workflows.
• Deep understanding of BPM, lifecycle management, and process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping, documentation and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and measure improvements.
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow systems, and AI/RBA.
• Understanding of how technology enhances process efficiency and scalability.
• Experience working across functions to drive re-engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end process re-engineering workstreams.
• Partners with senior leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps for re-engineering.
• Identifies and aligns resources to deliver value from re-engineering opportunities.
• Indexes technology advances into the firm’s re-engineering approach.
• Leads teams to develop and implement re-engineering solutions with measurable benefits.
• Documents processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and redesigns for efficiency.
• Acts as Business Owner for Process Re-engineering technology.
• Advises on re-engineering in high-impact projects and with senior leaders.
• Sets and enforces standards for re-engineering across the firm.
• Builds a diverse network of senior leaders to influence priorities.
