Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Engineering supervisor to oversee activities supporting pipeline and facility assets within the Refined Products and Crude Oil segments.

You will lead engineering support, project execution, risk mitigation, and integrity-related initiatives while coordinating with Asset Integrity, Operations, and Environmental teams. Responsibilities include directing teams, managing project lifecycles, and guiding response to emergent operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Experience supporting pipeline systems, hydrocarbon processing, terminals, or related facilities preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervision, project management, or cross-functional team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees by establishing clear performance expectations and providing timely feedback.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support for pipeline and facility engineering activities.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement for pipeline and facility programs.
• Lead engineering support and response for operational issues, including releases, overpressure events, equipment failures, and regulatory inspections.
• Manage the project life cycle for capital and expense work, including scope development, cost/schedule planning, and funding requests.
• Oversee pipeline risk reduction and integrity-related projects, including valve relocations and related mitigation activities.
• Review inspections, hazard analyses, and incident findings to identify engineering enhancements.
