Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader – Microelectronics to guide the design of water treatment solutions across North America. You will own major process deliverables, lead a team of process engineers, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient systems.

You will balance technical and commercial considerations, liaise with regulatory bodies when needed, and represent Veolia’s expertise through customer and industry presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline; advanced degrees considered.
• Related experience in process engineering for water, wastewater, or waste treatment.
• Leadership experience or capability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach balancing technical and commercial considerations.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of complete water/wastewater/waste treatment solutions with PFDs and process parameters.
• Own the overall Process Flow Diagram, flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees.
• Set process strategy, design basis, safety factors, and approach to variations.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables, schedules, and ensure quality.
• Evaluate interactions between unit processes and impacts on upstream/downstream steps.
• Identify and manage technical risks across the treatment solution.
