Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching to build a collaborative team environment.
• Manage projects by defining scope, establishing milestones, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, and communicate changes to ensure alignment and behavior change.
• Support continuous learning and adaptability by monitoring program performance and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
